Empire Wind Environmental Mitigation Plan

The Empire Wind Project from Equinor Wind US LLC includes two projects, Empire Wind 1, a 816 megawatt project was awarded as part of the 2018 solicitation and Empire Wind 2, a 1,260 megawatt project was awarded as part of the 2020 solicitation. Both projects will be built south of Long Island in the New York Bight.
